Our staff are fully qualified professionals with a minimum Diploma or Degree in Remedial Massage or Myotherapy. Each staff member is also a member of a Professional Massage & Myotherapy Association. And are experienced in, and specialise in, Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage.
Specific staff specialise in the various modalities including

A massage or myotherapy session best for the returning client who needs an efficient session focused on previously addressed issues. This session can include cupping and dry needling.

An ideal myotherapy or remedial massage appointment for return clients or conditions on a small scale, including neck, shoulder, lower back or hip pain.

60 Minute Returning
The ideal massage or myotherapy treatment for any pain or soreness. Whether extreme or mild pain, a 60 minute massage will provide relief of sore muscles, headaches, migraines, lower back pain, hip and shoulder conditions.

Our initial appointment is essential. It begins with a full assessment of the body, which allows the therapist to gain a wider understanding of any issues at hand. Through this assessment, we can treat accordingly and inform you of a treatment plan that suits your needs.
This session will include a 15 minute assessment and 45 minute massage of your choice.

A great choice for anyone seeking a whole body massage. Our 90 minute option provides the best results for all conditions, particularly suitable for stress relief.
